Canadian Asphalt Maintenance is the commercial asphalt division of Canadian Property Stars. Mr. Jovan Chung a 15+ year expert in the asphalt industry manages all our greater Toronto Area commercial projects from our (2) conveniently located commercial terminals in the GTA. Projects in the GTA are serviced from our North York terminal, and Projects from Niagara Falls to Waterloo area are serviced from our Hamilton terminal.

 Our parent company Canadian Property Stars will handle any residential work booked through CAM, while all commercial parking lot work including paving, asphalt patching, catch basin repair, line and safety painting, crack routing, hot rubber crack filling, and parking lot and street sealing will all be serviced and managed by Mr. Chung’s commercial crews.
